Spirit Lake

This comic, loosely based on the epic poem The Legend of Grand Lake by "Judge" Joseph Wescott, is an ancient tale of tribal warfare and the supernatural. It is one of Grand County's most treasured legends. It is my honor to capture the story for a modern audience.

Life is Grand

Life is Grand is a celebration and exploration of the past and present of beautiful, historic Grand County, Colorado. It explores the wild west roots and legends of Colorado's most rugged and untamed region, and rediscovers triumphs and tragedies from its yesterdays. Content ranges from tales of true crime, to small town minutia unimaginable by modern society, to adapted newspaper articles, to 100+ year old jokes. Look for guest appearances from Charles Lindbergh, Dwight Eisenhower, Theodore Roosevelt, "Two-Ton" Tony Galento, and New York Times Best-Selling author Jeffrey Brown (to name a few).

This comic is published weekly in Kremmling's The Grand Gazette, and is unique in nature among all serialized comics of past and present.

Them There Hills

photo cotw cover 01.jpg Them There Hills is a single-panel comic strip inspired by the wildlife in Colorado, as well as the fast-paced and wild times we live in. Plenty of jokes about fishing and farming.  Infamous for its eye-rolling puns. Published weekly in Kremmling's The Grand Gazette, it is a notable favorite among locals in Grand County, Colorado.
